We love them, we hate them, we'll do anything for them(which can include some crazy things like buying some shiny thing that's mounted on a round thing with a price tag of over R35 000), and sometimes we feel like killing them.
And yes, they even have a day dedicated to them(Women's day, nimrod). Thus, they must be special some kind of way, right? They do push us to the limits, sometimes even throwing us off the edge, they awaken feeling in us that no one else can, they see us at our best and at our worst, they form a big part in our lives.
Bringing me to my point, we need to give them credit every once in a while. We need to tell them what they mean to us(even if it's not all moonshine and roses...). We need to make them smile after they cried. We need to be the one thing that's a constant in their lives.
